1.

You want the least possible amount of wedding-related stress.

2.

You have no free time because of a demanding job.

3.

You have no clue where to start when it comes to planning, and your organizational skills aren't the greatest.

What can you expect….? Pay only $1000 (payment due when you arrive)

·         Provide a confidential online planner.

·         Creates detailed timelines.

·         Twin Lakes oversees everything on the wedding day.

·         Coordinate the agenda of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception (grand entrance, your meal & drink of choice at your table, toasts, first dance, bouquet, and garter toss, exit).

·         Set up at the venue cake or menu tastings. (only if the vendor you pick provides that service)

·         Email all the vendors (With so much uncertainty we are experiencing some cancellations with vendors, so we are acting proactive to see what their backup plan is if they cannot fulfill their obligation for the wedding day for an unexpected reason. We ask them to provide the name and phone number of the person/company so we can reach out to them if need be.)

·         We understand that each venue operates a bit differently, so we included house rules as well as general guidelines on (what we think is) a basic level of professionalism, such as no profanity and recommended attire to all vendors.

·         Wedding Day “emergency kit” (glue gun, safety pins, hairspray, sewing kit, gum, black socks, etc.).

·         Set up wedding programs, registry table, unity, memorial candles, and pictures, and light all candles inside.

  • Plus, there is much more for your special day that goes beyond the service!

Bride and groom reserve and book all vendors themselves.

We kindly request that only our in-house wedding coordinators be utilized for wedding planning purposes. Utilizing in-house wedding day coordinators can ensure better coordination and communication throughout the planning process.
