Listed below are the available dates and times for applicable meetings:

- 1-HR TL Coordinator Rehearsal TIME CHOICE (N/A if you are a 2-day rental)

- 1-HR TL Initial Coordinator Meeting (Virtual)

- 1-HR TL Final Coordinator/Decorator Meeting (In-Person)

#1 - VIP Viewing Visits for Booked Couples
For Viewing Twin Lakes Decorations, Premises, and Layouts

You’re welcome to attend up to 4 Private Open House events to bring friends, family, and vendors as you plan your décor and layout!
Our Open House calendar opens 60 days in advance.

Held once every two months on Tuesdays.

Please do not bring children (we promise - they get bored quickly)!

  • RSVP is required.

  • Plan for up to a 2-hour visit, and feel free to bring

    • Moms & Bridesmaids

    • Photographers, Caterers, DJs, or any other vendor you may need to walk through logistics with.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • *Please have your questions written down and ready before your visit.

    • If you sign up and cannot make it, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Many times, we make a special trip to the venue solely to meet with you, so advance notice helps us tremendously.

We are so excited to welcome you (and your family, friends, and vendors) back out to Twin Lakes to walk the grounds, explore décor, and visit the Twin Lakes “Something Blue” inventory with our team. Your planning journey matters to us, and we’re honored to be part of it! 💙✨

Your meeting DAY has already been selected for you.

We just need you to choose what time on that day works best for you. Please also let us know whether you prefer to attend in person or virtually.

COORDINATOR MEETING/RSVP CONDITIONS

Please note that these are special times for our couples who have chosen the coordinator package.

  • The initial meeting will be to go over any spreadsheet questions (please make sure you have the big Wedding Day questions already answered, i.e., the times for your ceremony, dinner, bar, etc.)

  • Your online planner MUST be completed before the final meeting. This includes knowing all of the big Wedding Day questions AND your vendor information!

  • We suggest scheduling this meeting as soon as possible, BEFORE your wedding, to FINALIZE any timeline or decoration details. These appointments tend to book up quickly, so choose a time that would work for you and your wedding team before the Big Day! If no evening dates are available, you must book a time during the day.


#2 - TL Initial Wedding Day Coordinator Meeting

(Virtual Meeting)

Your meeting date has already been selected. Simply click your assigned day and choose the time that works best for you!

ONLY AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS.

  • For Twin Lakes Coordinator clients only,

    • This meeting does not cover decorations.

  • Meeting Details

    • 30-minute virtual meeting

      • Hosted via Zoom

    • During this meeting, we will:

      • Review any questions or confusion related to your online wedding spreadsheet

      • Discuss Big Day timeline items, including: ceremony time, dinner time, bar opening/closing times

    • Begin laying out the foundation of your wedding day timeline.

  • How to Prepare

    • Please come ready and prepared:

      • Have as much of your spreadsheet completed as possible

      • Bring any additional questions you may have

#3 - TL Final Wedding Day Coordinator & Wedding Designer Meeting

Your meeting date has already been selected. Simply click your assigned day and choose the time that works best for you!

ONLY AVAILABLE ON TUESDAYS.

The final meeting date will be within 6 weeks of your wedding.

  • If you booked BOTH the Twin Lakes Day-Of Coordinator and the Wedding Designer, then your meeting will be 2 hours. If you booked one or the other, then the meeting will only be 1 hour.

  • During this meeting, we will finalize details, review logistics, and walk through your wedding vision together.

    • Before your meeting, you must have:

      • Your wedding spreadsheet completed.

      • Your décor list emailed (this includes signs, easels, cake stands, accent pieces, etc. - not table décor)

#4 - 1-Hour TL Coordinator Rehearsal

This rehearsal option is available only for couples who booked the Twin Lakes Wedding Day Coordinator.

Rehearsals are held on the Thursday before your wedding and are strictly limited to 1 hour.

You do not need this rehearsal if you booked the 2-day option.

REHEARSAL CONDITIONS

  • ONE HOUR ONLY - Being on time is absolutely crucial.

    • Rehearsal will begin exactly at your scheduled time, whether your full party is present or not.

    • We cannot start early or extend your rehearsal, as we have other appointments scheduled.

  • No wedding items may be brought in during rehearsal.

    • This includes decorations, clothing, florals, boxes, signage, or any wedding-day items.

BOOKING WINDOW

  • You can reserve your rehearsal time as early as today. Please note that if Twin Lakes does end up booking a Thursday wedding for any reason, we may be moving your rehearsal date (you will be made aware of this in ample time for planning purposes).


#5 - 1.5-Hour Engagement/Bridal Photoshoot

For Booked Twin Lakes Couples

ONLY AVAILABLE ON TUESDAYS

Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Call for available dates.

This dedicated time allows you and your photographer to capture your engagement or bridal photos on the Twin Lakes property.

IMPORTANT COURTESY NOTICE

  • If you sign up for a photoshoot and later find that you cannot make it, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Our team is making a special trip out to the venue just for you, which takes time away from their families, so timely communication is greatly appreciated.

#6 - 3-Hour Baby Shower

For Booked Couples Only

To celebrate your growing family, Twin Lakes offers a FREE 3-hour Baby Shower to our currently booked couples, for your first child (after your wedding date).

Please call for available dates.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 3-hour venue use, which includes:

    • Setup time, Event time, Breakdown/cleanup time

  • Tables and chairs

  • Use of grounds and designated areas

You are responsible for full cleanup, including:

  • Wiping tables, putting away any items you bring, sweeping as needed, and taking out all trash.

EVENT TIMING

  • All baby shower events must end by 1:30 p.m.

  • All guests must be off the property by 2:00 p.m.

PHOTO AGREEMENT

By booking your complimentary baby shower, you agree to:

  • Allow Twin Lakes to share photos from your event on social media

  • Send us a photo of your baby after birth so we may celebrate with you and share (optional, but appreciated).

DAMAGE POLICY

Twin Lakes requires a $500 damage check upon arrival.

  • This check will not be deposited

  • It will be returned or shredded on the Monday following your event if no damage or issues occur

RESTROOM NOTICE:
If any guest causes a restroom blockage or plumbing issue by disposing of paper towels, clothing, feminine products, or any foreign objects (other than toilet paper), the couple will be responsible for all repair costs.

VENUE RULES AND REGULATIONS

General Policies

  • No smoking or vaping indoors

    • This includes the main venue, covered porch, and restrooms.

    • Designated smoking/vaping areas are available outside.

  • Children must be supervised at all times

    • No children at the pond — no swimming, no throwing rocks

    • If using the Nursery, an adult must be present at all times

  • Do not move furniture

  • No tape, tacks, nails, Command hooks, or glue on any walls, ceilings, or furniture

  • Bridal and Groom Suites are off-limits

  • Animals are not permitted unless a service animal (with prior approval)

  • NO alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed anywhere on the property
