Please note that these are special times for our couples who have chosen this package. Your online planner MUST be completed before this meeting. We suggest scheduling this meeting as soon as possible BEFORE your wedding to FINALIZE any timeline or decoration details. These appointments tend to be booked quickly, so choose a day that would work for you and your wedding team before the Big Day! If no evening dates are available, you must book a time during the day.

#1- VIP Viewing Visits
for Booked couples only-to view the venue & decorations

You’re welcome to attend up to 4 open house events to bring friends, family, vendors, and plan decor!
This calendar opens up to 60 days in advance.

VIP BOOKED COUPLES VIEWING (open house): This will be offered twice a month. Please do not bring children (they get bored)! RSVP is required. Plan for up to a 2-hour visit bringing moms, bridesmaids, photographers, caterers, DJs, or any other vendor you may need with you. **Please have your questions written down and ready to go for your visit. Please let us know if you sign up for a visit and cannot make it. In some cases, we will be making a special visit to the property to meet you (meaning we wouldn’t be there otherwise) so if you can’t make it, please give us 24 hours' notice. We are so excited to invite you back out along with your family, friends, and vendors to visit our venue, plan your big day details, and check out items in the Twin Lakes ‘Something Blue, inventory with our Twin Lakes team.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR & WEDDING DESIGNER MEETING: THESE ARE A 2-HOUR MEETING: Wedding Day Coordinators book now however, the date must be within 6 weeks of your wedding. (must have spreadsheet & décor list NOT table decor only signs, easels, cake stands, etc. emailed before the meeting)

#3- 1- Hr Wedding Day Coordinator or Design Meeting ONLY

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEPARATE YOUR 1-HOUR COORDINATOR & WEDDING DESIGNER MEETING: Your 1-hour coordinator meeting will be 6 weeks from the wedding date, please see details.

#4- 1-Hour Rehearsal ONLY For Wedding Day Coordinator for Booked couples only

1-HOUR REHEARSAL ONLY FOR TL WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR: This availability is only for the Thursday before your wedding and is 1 hour ONLY. We will begin the rehearsal AT your appointment time, whether everyone is there or not. Being on time for this appointment is crucial! (YOU DO NOT NEED THIS IF YOU HAVE A 2-DAY OPTION)

Conditions: ONE HOUR ONLY! - Being on time is crucial. We will begin the rehearsal AT your set appointment time (whether everyone is here, or not). We have other appointments and will not be able to start early or late for your appointment.

- You will NOT be able to bring in any items for your wedding day, such as decorations, clothing, etc.

#6- 3-Hour Baby Shower for Booked couples only

FREE to booked couples only for their first child 3-Hour Baby Shower

Venue, tables and chairs only for 3-hour which includes the time to setup and breakdown. You are responsible for cleaning and taking out trash.

• Agree to share your pictures on social media

• Agree to send us once the baby is born a picture off you all to share on social media.

• Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed in any building - which includes: the main venue, covered porch area, or restrooms. There are designated smoking/vaping areas outside and around the grounds.

• An adult must always supervise children, and NO children are allowed at the pond at any time. Swimming or throwing rocks in the pond is STRICTLY prohibited.

• IF USING THE NURSERY: Children must always be supervised by an adult.

• The use of tape, tacks, nails, and glue to hang décor is prohibited, or moving of furniture.

• All events must end by 1:30 pm, and everyone has to be off the property by 2:00 pm.

• Please no guests in the bridal/groom suite.

• Unless permitted at the discretion of Twin Lakes, animals other than service animals are not permitted onsite.

• NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND WEAPONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO BE IN THE FACILITY.

• Before the start of the Event:

  • Twin Lakes will collect a $500 check. (We require a $500 damage fee check when you arrive. This will not be deposited and returned or disposed of on Monday after the Event if no damage or issues.

  "IF ANY GUEST  CAUSES A RESTROOM BLOCKAGE OR PLUMBING ISSUE BY DISPOSING OF PAPER TOWELS, CLOTHING, FEMININE PRODUCTS, OR ANY FOREIGN OBJECTS OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER, THE COUPL WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE COST OF REPAIRS."

#7- 1 1/2-Hour Engagement/Bridal Photoshoot

ENGAGEMENT/BRIDAL PHOTOSHOOT: Tuesdays ONLY for booked couple’s bridal/engagement pictures from 6:30-8:00 pm
