Meet Twin Lakes Wedding Day Team
Meet Jane ~
Owner, Coordinator, & Designer
Welcome! I’m Jane, the proud owner of Twin Lakes Wedding and Event Center. I was born and raised in Wales, UK. I moved here in 1981. I became a US citizen in 2015. I have a lot of stories about becoming a citizen, if you ever want to sit down with me! I am married to my soul mate of 34 years. He was born a cotton farmer. We have three amazing children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and one girlfriend, one beautiful, strong-willed granddaughter, Bryer & two amazing grandsons, Brentz & Ryker. I love what I do and want everyone to be part of our family.
Meet Brittney ~
Coordinator, Designer, Office & Social Media Manager
Hello, everyone! I’m Brittney, and I’m now a team member of Twin Lakes!
I love meeting new people and getting to know their stories, so here is just a little snippet of my own story. I have two amazing kiddos: Bryer and Ryker. I work full-time at Texas Tech University in Donor Relations and Stewardship. I also manage all of the social media for Twin Lakes Wedding & Event Center and help with a wedding here and there!
I decided to come work at Twin Lakes because I enjoy helping people on one of the most important days of their life, AND I get to see the joy that then enters their life, as well.
Meet Dorothy ~
Designer & Event Manager
Hi everyone, my name is Dorothy, and I’m a team member at Twin Lakes!
I love hearing your stories, so here is a little about me. I am now retired and loving it. I worked at a hospital for 20 years, then at a daycare for 4 years. I have now joined my daughter at Twin Lakes. I help with the daily tasks that are needed to make sure the Bride and Groom have a carefree, wonderful wedding. I also enjoy wedding days and seeing their smiling faces as I hand out beverages like lemonade in summer & hot chocolate in winter.
I have two amazing children, one amazing son in love, three wonderful grandchildren, and two grandchildren in love. I have been promoted to Great Grandma by my wonderful great granddaughter, Bryer, and two great grandsons, Ryker and Brentz.
Meet Brittainy ~ Coordinator
Hello Friends!
My name is Brittainy Klemme, and I am excited to be joining the Twin Lakes Family! I was born and raised in Lubbock, TX, where I raised my 5-year-old Australian Shepard/Lab, Tucker. I have a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. I work full-time as a Career Development Specialist at the Texas Tech University Career Center, but I have always had a passion for event planning and all things weddings! I’m excited to be a small part of one of the most important days in life and help to bring their dream wedding to life!

The Good Lord blessed me to be a wife and momma to 3 handsome cowboys, ages 15, 14, &10. They keep us busy playing all the sports and competing in rodeo. My husband and I feed beef cattle and have a commodity trading business as well. I am an Elementary teacher by trade and heart; however, I no longer teach full-time. We recently moved just down the road from TL and are excited to be closer to Ropes School after commuting for 4 years. I have a passion for all things planning, organizing, decorating, parties/events, but mostly fulfilling someone else’s vision and dream. I love getting my hands dirty, whether it's working cattle, yard work, or helping someone in need. My greatest desire in life is to live each day to the fullest and teach my boys to know who they are in the Lord.
Meet Marisa ~
Coordinator
I’ve always dreamed of opening my own coffee shop one day, a place where people can slow down, connect, and share good conversations over a great cup of coffee. Until then, I’m chasing my passion for creating unforgettable moments right here at Twin Lakes. When I’m not working hard to make events shine, you’ll probably find me checking off my bucket list: skydiving, running a half-marathon, or planning trips to see all seven wonders of the world! My dream job is owning my own event center one day. At the end of my life, I hope to look back and feel proud of the adventures I’ve had, the memories I’ve made, and the people I’ve shared them with.
