So Many Things (You’ll Love!) Are Already Included: Event Team – From the moment you tour our venue until the final farewell, our experienced team is here to make your day seamless and stress-free. (Excludes DJ, catering, decorating, etc.)

Elegant Table Linens – White or black floor-length tablecloths are provided, saving you around $500. Specialty linens are available at an additional cost.

‘Something Borrowed’ Inventory – A curated collection of unique decor items available exclusively for use on your wedding day at our venue. (Items cannot leave the property and may vary slightly depending on availability. Any damaged items will be covered by the damage fee.)

Set Up & Clean Up Services – Relax and enjoy your celebration—we handle the set up and clean up at the conclusion of your event (11:59 p.m.).

Private Bridal & Groom Suites – Prepare, relax, and refresh in your own dedicated spaces, included at no extra charge.

Catering Flexibility – Bring in your favorite caterer to serve your reception, or let us guide you to the perfect culinary team.

Vendor Freedom & Guidance – Choose your own vendors or lean on our trusted recommendations—DIY, curated, or fully planned, it’s your choice.

Our large covered patio offers both indoor and outdoor seating, complete with pub-style wine barrel tables, cozy lounge areas, and stylish chairs for mingling and relaxation.

Dance Floors & Entertainment:

  • 2 outdoor and 1 indoor dance floor options

  • 2 stages included for your DJ or live band

Tables & Chairs:

  • Round tables, rectangle tables, mahogany wood padded chairs, benches, and champagne cross-back chairs provided for your guests

Bar Areas:

  • 1 outdoor, 1 indoor, plus a mobile bar—ready for all your signature cocktails

Not Included:

  • Alcohol: All alcohol must be provided only by the Bride & Groom. Guests may not bring alcohol. For any questions, please contact the Twin Lakes Team.

Required:

  • One-Day Event Insurance: Liability insurance is required for all events. Optional coverage for cancellation or postponement can be added. This insurance must be purchased through our provider, Nuptial

    Optional Add-Ons:

  • Professional Day-of Coordinator: Relax and enjoy your day knowing our in-house coordinators are taking care of everything. ($1,000 due upon arrival.) We kindly request that only Twin Lakes coordinators be used.

  • Wedding Designer TL Team (Day-of Only): $1,000 – any outside floral décor must be pre-made before arrival.

  • Basic Drink Package: Includes water and a selected beverage before the ceremony, and water/tea after the caterers leave. Supplies include dispensers, cups, ice, and sweeteners.

Security:

  • Two security guards for 5 hours: $450 minimum. Guards must be present from the start of alcohol service until the last guest leaves the parking lot, not just when the bar closes. Additional hours are $45/hr per guard.

Bar Services:

  • Choose from Two Bartending companies. Alcohol service is up to 6 hours, with the last call 15 minutes before the end of the hour.

  • Restrictions: No beer bottles, kegs, shots, double shots, or coolers. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service. This ensures guest safety, prevents legal issues, and meets licensing requirements. All alcohol must be provided by the Bride & Groom or their parents. [More info on kegs here]

Rehearsal Dinner Option:

  • Looking for a place to host your rehearsal dinner? Twin Lakes offers a two-day rental, giving you space to celebrate without any extra rental fees!
