What’s Included
Standard mixers
You will have a maximum of 3 soda mixers and 1-2 juice mixers, depending on what’s served.
Basic garnishes

Step 1: Confirm Your Package
Let Twin Lakes know that you would like to select the Classic Reserve Package through The Reserve at 1902.
Step 2: Choose Your Bar Setup & Hourage
Liquor service requires two bartenders to ensure efficient service & responsible pouring.
Remember, the initial setup fee is only for a 4-hour coverage.
Additional bar time beyond 4 hours: $50 per bartender, per hour
Inform Twin Lakes of your bar hours. This will be crucial for staffing and security coordination.
Step 3: Select Your Beverage Options
Choose the liquor, beer, seltzers, and/or wine you would like to serve. You will purchase and provide all of your own alcohol.
Step 4: Customize Your Experience
Decide if you would like any drink enhancements
Step 4: Pay Your Deposit
50% of your total bar invoice is due 8 weeks before your event.
Step 5: Final Confirmation Meeting
Meet with The Reserve at 1902 team to finalize your bar selections and pay the remaining 50% at least 4 weeks before your wedding.
Decide whether you would like to allow a tip jar during your event or add a minimum 20% gratuity to your final invoice.
During your meeting, The Reserve at 1902 team will review your selected mixed drinks and provide a detailed liquor shopping list — including recommended quantities based on your guest count — to ensure the best possible bar experience for your guests.
Please remember: soda & juice mixers are ONLY FOR BAR USE. If you would like guests to have access to sodas (or other non-alcoholic beverages) throughout the night that aren’t mixed with liquor, you will need to add the Soda Enhancement Package or Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station.
Step 6: Provide Your Alcohol
Purchase your selected alcohol and deliver it (and your security fees) to The Reserve at 1902 bartenders, either:
At rehearsal,
Or the morning of your wedding
Step 7: Celebrate with Confidence
Enjoy a smooth and organized bar experience handled entirely by The Reserve at 1902 team.
Step 8: Take your remaining alcohol home
CLASSIC RESERVE PACKAGE – Current Pricing
Bar Setup Fee (2 Bartenders - 4 Hours) = $750
Additional Hourage = $50 per bartender, per hour
Security = fees depend on the length of bar service and will be paid separately from the bar bill
