HOW IT WORKS

Bar Setup Fee – $600

Includes:

  • One professional bartender (4 hours)

  • Required insurance & licensing

  • Security Coordination (does not include security fees)

  • Bar Supplies (i.e., ice, cups, napkins)

  • Water Station

  • Decorative Beverage Signage Displayed on TV(s)

Step 1: Confirm Your Package

Let Twin Lakes know you would like to select the Basic Reserve Package through The Reserve at 1902.

Step 2: Choose Your Bar Setup & Hourage

Decide if you would like:

  • One bar area with one bartender – $600 setup fee

  • Two bar areas with two bartenders – $750 setup fee

Remember, the initial setup fee is only for a 4-hour coverage.

  • Additional bar time beyond 4 hours: $50 per bartender, per hour

Inform Twin Lakes of your bar hours. This will be crucial for staffing and security coordination.

Step 3: Select Your Beverage Options

Choose the beer and wine selections you would like to host for your guests:

  • Beer

  • Seltzers

  • Wine

⚠️ If you plan to provide liquor, you must select either the Classic or Elevated Bar package instead. ⚠️

Step 4: Customize Your Experience

Decide if you would like any drink enhancements

Step 5: Pay Your Deposit

50% of your total bar invoice is due 8 weeks before your wedding.

Step 6: Final Confirmation Meeting

Meet with The Reserve at 1902 team to finalize your bar selections and pay the remaining 50% at least 4 weeks before your wedding.

  • Decide whether you would like to allow a tip jar during your event or add a minimum 20% gratuity to your final invoice.

  • During your meeting, The Reserve at 1902 team will review your selected drinks and provide a detailed alcohol shopping list — including recommended quantities based on your guest count — to ensure the best possible bar experience for your guests.

Step 7: Provide Your Alcohol

Purchase your selected alcohol and deliver it (and your security fees) to The Reserve at 1902 bartenders, either:

  • At rehearsal,

  • Or the morning of your wedding

Step 8: Celebrate Stress-Free

Enjoy your event night knowing everything is handled. Clean, seamless, and organized, so you can focus on celebrating with your guests.

Step 9: Take any leftover alcohol home

Bar Setup Fee (1 Bartender - 4 Hours) = $600

Bar Setup Fee (2 Bartender - 4 Hours) = $750

Additional Hourage = $50 per bartender, per hour

Security = fees depend on the length of bar service

Important Notes:

  • Pricing and product availability are subject to change at the business’s discretion every quarter, based on current market conditions.

  • Your wedding-day pricing will be locked in at your bar meeting, held approximately 4 weeks before your event.
