Come be part of creating unforgettable memories at one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the Lubbock area.

We plan to begin interviews in early December for the 2027 wedding season. Weddings will ramp up beginning March 2027, with up to two weddings per weekend. Before peak season, shifts will be scheduled as needed to help train and prepare new team members for our busiest months.

Weekend Positions Available

Friday | Saturday | Sunday

We’re looking for long-term team members who can typically work 2–4 shifts per month, with:

  • More shifts are often available April–June and August–November

  • Fewer shifts typically occur in July, December, January, and February

This is a great opportunity for supplemental income that works alongside your existing schedule. Many of our weekend team members work full-time jobs—we’re happy to work around your availability as long as it’s communicated in advance.

What We’re Looking For

🔞 Must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods

Please Do Not Apply If:

  • You are not regularly available on weekends (that’s when weddings happen!)

  • You’re only interested in the “pretty” side of weddings
    (These roles are functional—helping guests and vendors, flipping spaces, taking out trash, etc.)

  • You tend to see the glass half empty

  • Your availability frequently changes last-minute
    (Emergencies happen, but reliability is essential)

  • You get caught up in gossip, drama, or high emotions

  • You are not consistently available during our busiest seasons
    (April–June and August–November)

Compensation Details

  • $90–$150 per shift

  • No responsibilities before the event
