What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, creative, and willing to jump in wherever needed—from creating TikTok videos and responding to emails to setting up tables, coordinating weddings, helping with décor, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring our couples have an exceptional experience. This position requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
Please Do NOT Apply If:
❌ You are not available on weekends. That’s when weddings happen!
❌ You’re only interested in the “pretty” side of weddings (While weddings are beautiful, our team also handles setup, cleanup, venue flips, trash runs, guest assistance, vendor support, and more.)
❌ You’re a glass-half-empty kind of person. That’s not our vibe.
❌ You struggle with reliability or last-minute schedule changes
❌ You enjoy gossip, drama, or negativity
❌ You are unavailable during our busiest wedding seasons, which are primarily between April and June, and August - November. We can work around schedules, but we need the most help during these times of year.
We are a team that values professionalism, kindness, flexibility, and a “whatever it takes” attitude to serve our couples well.
