baby….All I Want for Christmas is You!

love story of Isaac & Tabitha

June 4, 2022

It all started when…

My sister-in-law, who is also my maid of honor introduced Us. Isaac was on Facebook live with Amanda, & was interacting with me through there.. Shorty after that he added me on Facebook, & the rest was history. We were bestfriends, & fell in love being friends. We lived so far away from each other. So we decided that being friends was the best thing for us.. UNTIL he took me out for my birthday in 2017.. We instantly fell in love, & couldn’t be just “friends.” We would talk every day, & we’d visit each other when we could.. it eventually got too hard to travel so far, & let’s admit. We hated being so far away from each other.. So we moved in together, & have been together ever since. We had two babies, & 5 years together AND HE FINALLY POPPED THE QUESTION. <3

THE PROPOSAL

Our favorite thing to do is look at Christmas lights. So he took me and our kids to Santa land to do just that. I’ve told him that my dream was to get proposed to looking at Christmas lights, so freezing cold with hot chocolate in our hands he got on one knee & said "i love you, will you marry me?" I didn’t have the normal "yes" response.. I said "oh my gosh you’re really doing it" after 5 years i never thought it was going to happen.

LOVE STORY

It was love at first sight, but we never approached the love. We were best friends for 2 years before we started dating. but deep down we both knew there was something more than friendship.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MOST ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?

Capturing each others first looks.. The spotlight, & the memories

WEDDING THEME/STYLE

boho, western

Is there anything else you think future couples will find interesting / helpful about your wedding? (Ie - planned from out of state, a must have was your dog in the ceremony, etc.)

We planned on our own (with the help of TL team) , and made decisions together.. we want to look at the wedding day and equally have made the decisions.

Do you have any advice for future couples?

enjoy the wedding planning, & don’t stress too much about it. remember its YALLS day!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TWIN LAKES?

It was the first and only venue we looked at. We were sold after our first tour. Its beautiful, and has that boho look we were searching for.
