IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
We met in high school, I was bestfriends with Robbies cousin. One day he moved to our school Sophomore year and we have been inseparable since.
LOVE STORY
We are high school sweethearts, young parents, who beat the statistics.
THE PROPOSAL
It was Christmas eve night, Robbie worked that day. I knew something was up, him and my mom were being super weird for like a week. He came home and showered, I had a face mask on and he gave me every random reason why I should take it off because we were going to open gifts. I did, he had me look for my gifts, after opening the ones I saw, he insisted I missed the last one. I kept looking, I was literally under the tree at this point, when he says look its right here, I turn around and he’s down on one knee.
WHAT MOMENT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
I am looking forward to seeing Robbie’s face when I come down the aisle, we are very shy people and Robbie doesn’t show emotion easily.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TWIN LAKES?
The scenery! you don’t even need much decor, being there in the middle of the country is breath taking, makes you feel at peace.
ADVICE FOR FUTURE COUPLES
Not really, we are just who we are, OURSELVES. And hopefully the wedding can capture that. Plan ahead! We rushed this wedding due to my grandfather being sick, but its going to be magical either way.
