It all started when…

Me and Brycen went to college together. Although it was small, we didn't talk to each other but we were friends on social media. One night I was scrolling and saw that he posted a cute picture. My first thought was to set him up with my roommate. Well, that didn't work out. When I knew that the door was open, I texted him and said "What about me?" and the rest is history!

Brycen and I have waited for what seemed like forever to find each other. We both have gone through some bad relationships but God always had a plan.

THE PROPOSAL
Brycen proposed on our one year anniversary. He set up a photo shoot for us and we took beautiful pictures on Tech's campus! At the end, he got down on one knee and we got it all on camera! We had a surprise engagement party after and it was a dream!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TWIN LAKES?
First, it's BEAUTIFUL! We fell in love with the venue and it was exactly what we wanted. The price was one of the best in town. Lastly, we loved how open and upfront everything is at Twin Lakes. Everything was laid out for us and they make it so easy!

Do you have any advice for future couples?

Use everything you can from the Twin Lakes closet!!! It has been such a money saver for us! Discuss what is important to both of yall- For us, it was the venue and photographer. Nothing else mattered as much!
