It all started when…
The time of the new year is very special to us because that is when Hayden and I both met. We actually met at a New Years eve party and were introduced by mutual friends. January 2nd, is the official date of us officially being together and that is why we chose January 2nd as the date of our wedding.
LOVE STORY
You always hear that cliche thing about "Love at first sight". You never believe it unless it happens to you. As soon as we met we knew the rest was history. After the night of new years eve we were inseparable. That’s why it only took us a couple days to announce it to friends and family.
THE PROPOSAL
Our proposal was so sweet and in front of family on Christmas Eve!
WHAT MOMENT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
After the ceremony and sitting at our sweetheart table and seeing everyone that is there for us and loves us and taking in the moment that we have waited our whole lives for.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TWIN LAKES?
I had heard about Jane and how awesome she was and was referred by my cousin who also got married at Twin Lakes. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t think of a better place to get married.
ADVICE FOR FUTURE COUPLES
This might be a common answer for a lot of brides at this point in time, but planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic when things change almost daily will for sure be a story to tell to kids and grandkids in the future. You continue to plan for your dream wedding knowing that it could all change in an instant. The best advice that i have learned so far it to not stress about the small things. No one will notice. Your friends and family are there for you and your other half. The most important thing at the end of the day is that you got to marry your best friend.
