THE LOVE STORY OF Teniell & Quade

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

We met several years ago (2014 to be exact) through mutual friends! We always knew we liked each other but never did much about it. We both got in serious relationships which both ended around the same time. We reconected while I was still living in NM and he was working in Wyoming doing 2 weeks on/ 1 week off. We continued to see each other as often as we could until we both moved back to Lubbock and we have been together ever since and its been the best thing!

THE PROPOSAL

The proposal was a dream! I knew he was going to propose soon, I just wasnt sure when. We went on a trip to Ruidoso as we do every July. It's one of Quade's favorite places to go so I was sure it was going to happen on that trip. We were there for 3 days and I kept waiting and waiting and finally I told myself "don't expect it. It'll happen when its supposed to". We were heading out to go the horse races and of course everyone wanted pictures together. After we took a picture, he turned around and popped the question. It was the sweetest moment and it is still to this day one of my favorite memories.

Walking down the isle and Quade seeing me for the first time along with the I do!

We love the venue and everything that they have to offer! We love how above and beyond and on top of it they are for their couples.

WEDDING THEME/STYLE

With our wedding being late October, we are shooting for a dark/moody boho wedding. My bridesmaids will be wearing the "martini olive green" color in the Galina collection from David's Bridal. The groomsmen will be wearing all black with the martini olive green ties. With that being said our colors are olive green, black, and white. I love the idea of glass decor with the gold accents (per Pinterest) and the idea of black and neutral colored pampas, possibly with a little bit of greenery (for fillers more or less) and a few rust colored roses for a small pop of color.
