We often receive questions regarding the size of different items around our venue and facilities. We hope this information helps!

Guest Tables

We provide both 60-inch round tables and 8-foot rectangle tables available for your use. If you want your tablecloths to reach the floor, choose 120” round tablecloths or 8ft rectangle tablecloths. Each table can fit 6 people comfortably, however, they can fit 8 chairs if need be.

Cocktail Tables

We also have 24-inch round tables, available for your use. They are tall cocktail height so we suggest using the same 120” tablecloths as you would use for your round tables, you can then use a pretty ribbon to bunch it all together. These tables are ideal for an outside cocktail hour/snacks.

Service Tables

Subject To Change:

For catering staff: Four serpentine tables with black tablecloths, a wooden rolling buffet cart for tea/water, and two 8ft rectangle tables with black tablecloths.
For bar staff: outdoor silo bar or indoor bar.
Gift/Sign-In table: 1 8ft table with a black tablecloth.
Memory table: white wooden table on wheels.
Communion table: white and gold distressed small table.
DJ table: 1 6ft table with a black tablecloth.

Folding Ceremony & Reception Chairs

Standard wooden chairs. 30 inches tall

Ceremony Aisle

Containing several wooden benches that are 12 feet long. The main ceremony aisle is 60 feet long to the steps, followed by 4 steps that are 3x6 feet long. The top of the ceremony area is 15x25.

Building - Main Reception Area

Not including the kitchen area, vendor room, bathrooms, and groom’s room - the area is 60 feet long by 40 feet wide. There is one groom’s room, one kitchen area (without stove/oven), one vendor room, one bar area, one men’s restroom with two stalls, and one women’s restroom with two stalls.

Building-Covered Patio Area

The area is 20 feet wide by 80 feet long. This area seats 60 people and holds a catering prep station and serving table area. There are small garage windows that open, as well as, one large garage door for a dance floor entrance. There are fans for cooling and ceiling heaters for heating.
